The following items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged:

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, etc.)

  • Gift cards

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Contact Us at [your email address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if eligible.

  3. Package the item securely and ship it to the return address provided.

⚠️ Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

💸 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

  • If you need a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

📸 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Send us photos of the item and packaging for faster resolution.

  • We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

❌ Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.

  • After 12 hours, the order may already be processing or shipped, and you’ll need to wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.
